Visible condition and inspection limits
- Interior covers are open and some connections appear disconnected or incomplete. Verify retained covers, tap hardware, bus links and cables before a completeness claim.
- Insulation resistance, transformer turns ratio, winding resistance, dielectric condition, temperature devices, grounding and suitability for re-energization were not tested.

The 72039 identifier also appears on the photographed core/coil. A separate blue-plated 2,500 kVA enclosure is recorded as Transformer B and must not be merged into this item.
